“Looks nice when off. The lamps are very orange (warm white 2000K). I got 6, and a few had scratches on the glass and two flickers when on a dimmer. would still recommend them.”

“The product arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately there were issues with the delivery by DPD. These were sorted out by Lampsy customer services. A new product had to be despatched so there was a delay of around a week.”

“Can’t believe I am asked for a feedback review for a 90 quid lamp that has been reported as faulty upon receipt, and I’ve yet to hear back what you plan to do to resolve the problem. Lampsy support advised that the lamp has to be used with a specific USB charger, and that the unit doesn't work with any USB cable and charger. They are modifying their website to reflect this specific detail. The lady could not be nicer and, agreed to refund the unit, and emailed a pre-paid label. I’ve modified my feedback to reflect, whilst disappointed, the company resolved the problem to my satisfaction.”

“Lights are nice but smaller than expected. The reason I gave 4 stars is mainly because the ceiling cone is cheap plastic rather than metal.”

“Although the price of the bulbs was very well priced I was disappointed in the cost of postage for a relatively light package, plus 6 days after I placed my order I had received no update on delivery date, after contacting Lampsy I did receive a prompt reply and the goods were ordered a few days later. The bulbs and packaging are first class hence the 4 stars.”

Hi Audrey, Lightbulbs are very popular at the moment and we’ve been looking to introduce a more cost-effective delivery option for if you’re just buying lightbulbs. We’ve had to temporarily suspend our Royal Mail deliveries because of the industrial action, this means that all small orders are currently being sent by DPD. Kind Regards, Michael

Hi Gavin, Some of our danish-designed products are sourced from Denmark and are manufactured with a European plug. Our supplier fits these products with a permanent, maintenance-free Euro to UK converter. This converter is exactly the same size as a normal UK plug and functions exactly the same. I’ve reported this to our supplier, as it sounds like this wasn’t added to your wall light. “The service from Lynn at Lampsy was excellent. The lamps arrived next day as requested. The only reason I haven’t scored Lamar as excellent is that the lamps come with non-replaceable light source which means once that reaches end of life the whole thing has to be thrown away.”

“We ordered the Grant 3 Light Semi-flush Ceiling Light from Lampsy and it took a little too long to arrive. The light is nice but the globes were tricky to attach. We managed it, and the ceiling light looks good.”
