“Order placed for two Nordlux lights on 29th December, and express delivery paid for. Items dispatched on 5th January. I have purchased Nordlux lights before, but quality of these was very poor. Not the fault of Lampsy. Neither worked until flex was moved and fixed in a way that a connection was made. A two pin plug has been fixed into a three pin plug, with a poor connection achieved. I will not buy Nordlux again.”

Hi Philip, I'm sorry to hear your order didn't arrive on time and that you were unhappy with the quality. We have a 30 day return policy, where you can return any item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. I'd be happy to help with returning these for a refund? With regards to the late dispatch, our offices were closed until the 4th of January, which is why your order wasn't dispatched sooner. We had this info posted across our website, but I understand that you may have missed this. I'll be in-touch with you to find the best way we can resolve this. Michael
