“Twice they have messed up my order, now a week after original delivery and still havent received my missing items,they di however send the wrong item after promising to send the two missing items, now have an extra bulb o dont need and two missing bulbs i do need phones straight to a machine and they take days to answer emails”

“May I begin by saying that this is an apology to General Lamps Limited. I thought that this was the company which sold me a ballast which did not work. That is a different matter with a different company. General Lamps Limited sold me 2 fluorescent strip lights, which unfortunately for me, due to that dud ballast means that I have not yet had a chance to use the fluorescent strip lights. When the new ballast has arrived and has been fitted, then I will return to give a review of the lights. I have written this as I said previously, as an apology to General Lamps Limited.”

“Got the exact somewhat obscure bulb I needed at a fair price. It was packaged very carefully (avoiding any possibility of breakage). Would have like to have the option to use Apple Pay to check out more easily.”

“Fast delivery and light bulbs are ideal.The only thing was I opted for Free Delivery thinking it would just take longer when in fact it meant store pickup and we are nowhere near the shop so I had to ring and.pay postage separately. Quickly sorted but something to notice when ordering.”

Hi Carlos, 2D lamps have been banned under Rohs regulations so they have been very difficult to source especially in colour 82. I can see that our service team has contacted you and agreed on colour 86 as an alternative. I am sorry for the delay Carlos , hope everything is now OK Regards Support

“Really great service from this company. My query was answered quickly & my light fitting arrived next day. Well packed and protected. Such exceptional service is rare these days. The other companies I approched couldn't even be bothered to answer my email, apart from one who sent the light fitting unprotected, it arrived in pieces. Thank you. for all your help.”

“The lamps we ordered were "warm" and had to be put on order, it seems. However, knowing that there was going to be a longish delay would have been helpful. We changed to "daylight" and the order was satisfied right away. BUT No one kept us informed”
