“I ordered the light bulbs and told they were in stock and would be delivered, unfortunately after delivery date had passed I emailed only to be told the bulbs would not be in stock for a month. Lack of communication re that.”

“I purchased these incandescent lamps to use on a dimmer switch it flashed several times and then died, so I am unable to give an opinion on their quality except that for me they failed miserably when I used them.”

Thank you for your feedback, Peter, Apologies for the delay. Unfortunately, there seems to be an issue with Royal Mail and couriers in general at the moment, which has resulted in us extending our delivery times. Thank you for your patience.

“Very good transit and delivery arrangements. I was hoping that the tube would work in a rapid/quick start batten, but it does not light in those fittings. However, It works in battens having a plug-in starter, so I can use it in those fittings only, where it works well. So, in short, it is not as versatile as I had hoped.”

“Light bulbs arrived fairly quickly, however packaging very poor which meant one of the bulbs was badly broken. Luckily this was replaced free of charge. Sadly though the first bulb only lasted one week, the second lasted only a few weeks so disappointed with quality. Previous lightbulb which came with the microwave lasted many years!”

“I had to call to inquire why delivery was overdue, I was told that out of stock, stock had just been delivered, it would have been better if I was told of stock situation rather than me having concern regarding overdue delivery and not for me to chase you for information, keep your customers in the loop if there is a problem as it will stop them going elsewhere for supply no matter how small the order.”
