“Be careful buying from this company, firstly product was misdescribed when raised a refund was agreed. Returned the bulbs and signed for by the company, delivered to them by Royal Mail on the 15th March still waiting for a refund. Emailed and had no response just silence. Poor service, mistakes happen granted but an acknowledgement goes a miles with customer service!”
