“Unfortunately, the lamp arrived damaged beyond repair, but a gentleman at the company named Martin was most helpful and swiftly despatched a replacement by 24hr courier which arrived intact. I would like to mention that the tube was 9mm shorter than the fitting, a manufacturing fault, which meant that careful centring of the tube was necessary in order to maintain contact with the terminals at both ends. Sliding the tube fully into one end, or the other, would result in loss of contact at the opposite end, breaking continuity.”

“Communication from the company was great and when I needed to change my order before it was dispatched, this was done with ease. The slim under counter light was great quality but the one we ordered to connect to the light we already had, was a different colour, being warm white rather than cool white. Sadly we were unable to use them together.”
