“The bulbs I bought were exactly what I required but speed of delivery and communication is not good. It was 10 days after I ordered and enquired as to the status of my order, that customer services replied, saying they weren't in stock and had to be ordered - although it said in stock when I ordered. Suddenly the stock was there and the order dispatched 2 days later. This has happened for each order and it seems unless you chase the order, it is delayed until you enquire. I might be wrong in my assumption but strange it's happened each time I've ordered from this company.”

“I ordered (2)fluorescent under cabinet light tubes, they were very packed,in a tube and bubble wrapped--unfortunately both were already rattleing obviously broken. The company's policy is to inform them within 48hrs of any breakages which I was unable to do for various reasons(my fault). I will now look to a electrician to replace all my lights to LED”
