“On 9 November I received email that the bulbs had been shipped. Never received. When I called, the gentlemen stated that the supply was less than the amount required and that the they where not shipped. Stated that they should have in during the first week of December and will ship at that time. Hope that is the case. But still have no bulbs.”

“Nothing wrong with the original purchase, but had to return the items as they were unsuitable. Since then - for some obscure reason - the company have issued a PARTIAL refund even though I returned the full order unopened. Since then I have sent them 3 emails regarding the unrefunded items and it has not yet been resolved. Poor customer service”
