“Ordered item, paid advised of delivery, noticed a refund to my account yet no explanation to why and no item!”

“If your in hurry, dont order from here! After 11 days of waiting for lamps that should of arrived in 72 hours, I finally managed to get through to the customer services to ask where they are. Was told that they didn't have the lamps in stock even though the website showed them in stock when I ordered. Next I was told that they had sent me an email to notify me of delay which was a lie, they coudn't tell me when this email was supposed to be sent. The guy I spoke to seem more interested in having a argument rather than rectifying the problem.”
