“Very easy to order but delivery was held up because they were waiting for stock to come in and I only found out when I queried the delay.* Once in stock the order was dispatched promptly. When it arrived the order was well packed and was good value for money. *However this was in 2020 so I'm just pointing this out rather than complaining.”

“I ordered 2 items. One has arrived in good time and in good shape. There has been no news of the second item, a string of 100 coloured lights. Payment has been made. No news of delivery date or credit note. Half the delivery was on time. I do not remember who delivered it.”

“an order was accepted and charged for.. a day later I was asked to pay extra shipping charges which made the products too expensive.. I was then refunded minus transaction charges from paypal.. So ended up with no products and down money.. 'if you advise accurate shipping costs before payment you would not be putting customers in this position'”

“Ordered 1.4 Watt LED pigmy lamps from lamps2udirect on the 2nd December, product showing as in stock. Chased them on the 17th December and were advised these will be dispatched on the 17th or 18th December. Chased again on the 22nd December advised that they were unable to track parcel on Fedex, we received parcel on the the 23rd December. Disappointing for a product that was shown as "in Stock" at the time of order and took 3 weeks to arrive.”

“I was looking for an unusual light bulb to fit a very old fiber optic Christmas village ornament to my amazement lamps2u had one and at a very reasonable price, I bought one and extra’s as spares, very happy with delivery and purchase.”
