“Hello, I am so pleased with the whole experience, I ordered a leather jacket and it was delivered next day, a beautiful jacket, but unfortunately the fit just wasn't right on me (we will be in the lakes for a visit in a couple of months so I will call in a shop) I returned the jacket first class post, it was received next day and I was refunded immediately,the same day. Unbelievable, a lot of companies could learn a lot from you. Your service is first class, the leather is absolutely fabulous, so SOFT. At a price you will be hard pressed to beat. You perhaps can get cheaper but not that quality of leather it is superb. I would definitely recommend to anyone.”

“Ordered jackets online and they were swiftly dispatched and arrived well packed in a size made box. Unfortunately the size I wanted in a particular colour was not available on the website, so I contacted customer services on the off chance there may be one in one of their stores. One was found which was great and Anna organised this to come to their head office from their North Allerton branch. Once my jackets were returned, Anna forwarded me the one I was looking for and delivery was a couple of days later. As it was an exchange, the original price I paid was also honoured despite this offer now not being available.”
