“Ordered a messenger bag and it arrived very quickly which I was very happy about. The bag was as described and exactly what I wanted for my trip. Lovely bag, roomy and well made..I am a really happy customer.Thank you for your excellent range of goods.”

“I got the Birthwaite shopper bag online from the website. The bag arrived in perfect condition, the leather is moisturised and shiny, so it's ready to use, no treatment required. The bag also looks even better than on the picture; I thought it might not look that great in reality probably just because you often get disappointed when you order something online, so this was a very nice surprise. It looks good quality, well made, the zippers open smoothly, and I'm very happy with my purchase. It also arrived within a couple of days. Thank you.”
