“An excellent service throughout. My original item ( a messenger bag) turned out to be a lot bigger than I had expected. I returned it to Lakeland, and received the smaller replacement bag almost by return post, together with a refund of the price difference, and a further amount representing the cost to me of returning the first bag. Overall, I couldn’t have had better service. This company is a pleasure to deal with.”

Wasn't 100% it was the one for him at the time, but then on returning home realised it was and ordered online! Fantastic service from ordering to delivery - we were kept up to date throughout! I had already seen & tried one instore & knew that this was also a good value excellent product. I ordered it on Wednesday evening & received it on Friday morning. Fantastic service & well packed.
