“Like the purse, slightly disappointed in how stiff it is though. I presumed it would be more supple. Little bar on the zip area keeps sliding too far down and it's a nuisance to fiddle it back out. I'm sure I'll get used to it in time.”

“I think Lakeland Leathers are just brilliant. I own 5 of their ladies leather biker jackets and hopefully will get more in the future! I had an issue with returning some unwanted items, and Georgina was just brilliant in helping me get sorted out. The ladies at Clarks Village store are also so helpful. I couldn't ask for better service and highly recommend them. The quality of the leather is excellent. I would be interested in seeing future leather designs in different colours such as cream or beige or a front zip fastening jacket in black. There seems to be a slight design gap between the traditional biker jacket and some of the older customer type with hoods and linings. Something in the middle that is designed for women wanting a fashionable jacket that is not biker but more geared to wearing with a smart dress or trousers would be much appreciated. I give Lakeland a 5* rating, they really have got their customer service model perfectly thought out. Thank you!”

“Lovely products & I got just what I was looking for. The only thing that’s was disappointing was they sent wrong colour. They quickly sent a returns label after I emailed them but wouldn’t send the correct colour till they had received the other one back which was inconvenient.”

“The across the body bag is very good value as it was in the sale. It is a lovely strong leather that looks as though it will wear very well. I was a bit surprised at your description of it as large, I would say it is more medium sized. The bag is worth the money and I am happy to keep it. Delivery and service excellent.”

“Hi, i love my 2 Lakeland sweaters, they will be my first choice come the real cool weather starting, infact i was cold in the week and I put one on and the wool is so sofy and comfortable. I bought the Cross Body Bag to put my medical equipment when shopping and the bag is perfect, stops me from carrying my heavy handbag, thank goodness, my shoulders will now have rest. Thank you xx”
