“Lovely leather and well designed. Purchased the backpack style bag from the Lakeland shop in Swindon, only 1 week after returning from a Langdale holiday. Reasonable price for a quality leather bag and not made in China. Only problem has been the tag on the zip has faiked after only 5 months use. No manufacturers marking on the zip clasp so cannot say if this is from an outsourced supplier.”

“Recently purchased our 9th jacket/coat from you on-line - always wary of doing this to make sure the style and size really work. Delighted with the very prompt delivery in a secure package and the quality of the jacket was your usual really high standard. This did follow a poor experience with a jacket that had press studs that came adrift, but that was dealt with professionally and promptly as well and as you can see, it has not put us off your products. Happy to recommend to anybody, especially going into the shops where the staff are unfailingly polite and helpful.”
