“The backpack I bought looked good on the website, but once I received it, I couldn’t believe how beautiful and well-built it was. Well worth it, especially that it wasn’t expensive for what I got. “Not my first lakeland leather product, and quality is fantastic and great value as always. This was my 1st time ordering on line however, and must say very disappointed with the packaging. Jacket came crumpled in a post bag, covered in parcel tape. Although not damaged, this doesn't really fit the 'premium quality' vibe of the company I would say. Perhaps something to look at?”

“Lovely handbag. My order came beautifully packed and arrived quickly. The bag was as described but I am a bit disappointed as it is quite hard to use as an "everyday" bag as it does not hold very much. It's still a lovely bag and looks very smart and impressive.”

“I absolutely adore everything about my blue Ambleside jacket - the longer length, the hood (especially as it doesn't have a fur or any other trim on it), the hand pockets and the zipped pockets. The leather is gorgeous, extremely soft and very comfortable to wear. If the jacket were also available in black and or grey, I would find it difficult to resist buying another in a different colour. The one additional thing that would have made it perfect would be an inside pocket.”

“I never write reviews but I have made an exception I bought an Allerdale Aviator Jacket and thought oh well if I don't like it I can send it back there's no way this is going back, it's beautiful !, I have bought an aviator jacket in the past not from Lakeland and it looked like a patchwork quilt. not the Allerdale it's perfect, so much so I have bought the Dearham Sheepskin duffle coat in Tan and that is just perfect also. I just have to wait for the cold weather now. Well done Lakeland beautiful coats”

“I'm a size 10 and your sizing says I'm a 10 but a 10 in the shop was a bit tight so had to order a 12 which actually fits like my size 10 jackets from everywhere else. It is a lovely jacket I'm very pleased with it even more so as half price.”
