“I ordered the Waverton tote bag and I am so impressed with quality of the bag and the excellent service received from Lakeland Leather.”

Helpful Report

Thanks Jenny, a great choice of bag!

“I ordered a men’s jacket for my husband and he is so pleased with it. True to size and colour. Fantastic quality leather but not too heavy with the sheepskin. Delivery was very prompt. We are very pleased!”

“Was delighted to receive the bag I ordered for my husband’s birthday. Was worried the quality of the leather may not be so good but was very pleasantly surprised when the bag arrived. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever!! He is going to love it!!!”

“My jacket was delivered promptly and well packaged. The Jack us just gorgeous . Very soft leather and well made. I'm am thrilled with it. Size 14 and fits like a glove. Thank you”

“Pleased with my quilted jacket. Nicely made, and stylish. However - should have checked that XL is the equivalent of a size 16. I am big busted so it's a little snug up top. I'm keeping it but won't be zipping it up! Also, when confirming orders, it would be good to show a picture of what's been ordered and details rather than just confirming an order has been name!”

“Lovely soft leather”

“I recently purchased a Hurricane Flying Jacket in the Black Friday sale from your Beverley shop. Cosy, warm, and comfortable, this is a quality garment and exceptionally good value at the offer price. On first sight my daughter said in a surprised voice, "You look very stylish, dad". Now, that's something I've never been accused of before!”

Helpful Report

“I can’t make a comment on the product as it is a Xmas present and the receiver has not opened it but I can comment on the professionalism of you company and the very quick delivery”

Helpful Report

“I have a jacket ordered direct from you which arrived quickly and is great have a jacket ordered via Friend of Joules - which didn’t arrive for 2 weeks (I asked to cancel it but it has now arrived and you are declining to pay for my return postage) So not entirely happy with your customer service.”

Helpful Report

“The item purchased is a Christmas present so cannot give a review as such - will leave that to the recipient. Service and delivery were efficient and the packaging was secure.”
