“My wife was delighted with the suede slippers. Unfortunately, we had to exchange for a larger size and were surprised that the exchange was expedited within 48 hrs.”

“I finally got the bag I had ordered originally which I am very pleased with. It is a lovely quality leather and just the size I wanted. I was sent the wrong bag at first, which was also the wrong colour even though the paperwork was correct. I returned this and asked for a refund. I then placed a new order over the telephone for the bag I'd originally asked for; this being the quickest option. All was sorted in the end.”
