“My first time shopping with LL and my experience has been great. I wanted a specific pair of leather boots but didn't want to pay full price. I searched Google and found that LL had them in the sale with £30 off. I ordered the boots, and 3 days later, they were delivered. I was kept up to date with the delivery, and they were delivered on the day I was told and within the time frame specified. The only negative is that you have to spend over a certain amount to get free delivery, because my boots were just under that price. I had to pay the delivery charge. Would I shop with LL again, yes, I definitely would”
