“I was introduced to Lakeland leather by Next and they stock the products. I have purchased TWO leather jackets and both are premium quality. Little on the pricy side but Lakeland’s sometimes have good offers that’s when I buy few items”

The consistency is such that it requires very little effort to rub into the leather. The entire jacket was done in 15 minutes.”

The first order was slightly to small but 1 phone call and a exchange was sorted out and they paid the return postage!!. The replacement has arrived and my wife loves it. “This is a great British company with fantastic products and Customer Service. I have many of their leather and sheepskin coats/jackets which are of superb quality. I have just bought the Parkgate Premium Sheepskin Duffle Coat in Tobacco Brown. This is an oversized model and you can easily go down a size if you want a more fitted coat. Many thanks to Justine from Customer Service for your assistance; a shining example of what service should be.”
