“I love my new bag! Lovely soft leather and light coloured lining so you can see what’s inside. My only slight disappointment is that the handles are a little short. It’s fine over the shoulder if I’m not wearing a coat but not when I am. It would be perfecting they were a few inches longer.”

Otherwise very nice Courier tried delivery at wrong address (with photo of wrong building) while I was waiting at home. I ended up walking half an hour to collect it at the not so near collection point.”

“I've had approx 4 purses from Lakeland leather, all the same design & not dissimilar to the purse I've just bought. however, previous purses have been a bit shorter, softer & had a zipped section between the section for coins & were priced under £25. this time I did not find anything that resembled past purchases which did not amuse. if the style of purse I've had numerous times before has been discontinued then the next time I need to replace my purse I won't even consider an alternative from Lakeland leather & will spend money elsewhere”
