“I got the Birthwaite shopper bag online from the website. The bag arrived in perfect condition, the leather is moisturised and shiny, so it's ready to use, no treatment required. The bag also looks even better than on the picture; I thought it might not look that great in reality probably just because you often get disappointed when you order something online, so this was a very nice surprise. It looks good quality, well made, the zippers open smoothly, and I'm very happy with my purchase. It also arrived within a couple of days. Thank you.”
