“I have ordered several leather goods from Lakeland and have always been very pleased. Unfortunately the last jacket had studs on it and one was missing down the front. After a simple phone call was arranged for the jacket to be sent back and a replacement ordered. Just waiting for the cost of postage to be returned Good service usually and lovely products”

“I received notification that the goods ordered would be delivered on Monday. I woke Tuesday & suddenly realised they had not been received but, a little later, I received a further text advising that they would be delivered that day. The delivery man was rude & surly, complaining that he had difficulty finding the house (the cottage is right on the High Street with a large, white 40 on the postbox) & he had just been on the point of giving up & going away. The bag is larger than expected, not suitable & is being returned.”
