“I don't generally leave reviews as they are so subjective. However, this is the second jacket I have bought for my daughter and she loves it. The leather is so soft and the fit is perfect. Service is excellent. I have been delighted with my purchases from this company.”

“I have used lakeland leather for quite a while now i have had leather coats and jackets and sheepskin coats and jackets also. I have always found them to be of very good value and quality i have not been disappointed yet. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a decent coat or jacket in leather, suede, or sheepskin.”

“I prefer to order via a voice rather than through a website so I rang to place my order of two phone bags. First time I rang I was told I would have to ring back because the sales team were on a training day. I rang back the next day and was able to place my order successfully. Sadly I wanted one in a laser colour and one in navy but those two colours were not available at the sale price so I had to have one amethyst and one black. Not ideal but worth the sale price. Would have preferred not to have black but the bags are for my grandchildren who are sisters so I didn't want two of the same colour. My order was courteously taken and expedited. Thank you.”

“Ordered on line but DPD delivered to a local drop off point. This was a 8 mile journey to collect the item, pointless ordering on line if unable to leave items in a safe place or with neighbours. Will not use on line service again.”

“Excellent service from everyone, the assistant at the shop wrote down all the details required to enable me to order on line having first checked they had the size I wanted as they had none in the shop. Easy to place my order on line. My beautiful jacket arrived within 3 days neatly packed with care instructions. I phoned the company to order the protective cream and again spoke to a lovely lady and my product arrived the following day. Superb service !”

“It was a lovely jacket beautifully made, beautiful colour and fur unfortunately I had to returned it as it says UK size 10 but it was definitely bigger than size 10. Gutted to return it back. Lakeland should returned my postage as it was not the right size manufactured.”
