“The boots were delivered quickly. I followed the advice & ordered one size up and it is too loose to walk. I cannot return them as I have worn them once. But lovely color and design for the winter days.”

“You phone them; they answer. You phone them after encountering a problem while ordering online and the same person who answers the phone can see what your order was and can actually try to help. Unheard of! Prompt despatch from online sales. There was a minor flaw in the leather finish of a product ordered online, to which a touch up attempt had been made. I would not have accepted the product in a shop, but easily disguised it.”

However, very disappointed with Millie scarf which was on sale at a good price but item received had 2 distinct flaws and should not have passed quality control. Now returned, awaiting refund of initial cost. Would expect return postage cost to be refunded also, given faulty goods.”
