“Started my Christmas shopping at Lakeland Leather online. I’m never disappointed with the quality of goods on offer. Recently purchased a leather purse and a couple of scarves (all gorgeous) and really good value for money. I’ve shopped around looking for inspiration, but nothing quite measures up to Lakeland Leather. Think I might even treat myself to a new handbag!”

“The jacket I bought is fabulous soft leather, and the style lovely. Unfortunately it hasn’t been sewn together with much care. My jacket has a bottom ‘skirt’ with studs which has been sewn on crookedly so the studs disappear. Also a couple of studs missing on the front. Production & quality control issues spoil a beautiful jacket.”

“My first order wasn't delivered and I just had an email to say that it had been taken back to the depot by the courier. When I telephoned customer service, the lady I spoke to was very apologetic and told me that my order had been returned and I had been refunded. I reordered the item and have been awaiting delivery all day today but nothing has arrived as yet and yet I'm receiving emails asking how Lakeland did with my order. Obviously, I'm not very satisfied, as you can imagine.”
