“I bought a Hunter Leather Backpack in Tan. There are two small open pockets inside and one zip pocket. The quality looks great, the colour is perfect, and the price is more than reasonable. I haven't used it yet though as it is a Christmas present to myself.”

“I’d accrued some rewards which were emailed to me, however I was unable to use the rewards online as they required activation. The helpline number was unavailable. However when I tried another number I found online the call was answered immediately, I received a sincere apology for not being able to get through to the helpline number as it was unavailable due to storm damage. I explained my issue, my vouchers were loaded immediately and I ordered online. My goods were received the following morning. Now that’s what I call great service given the circumstances. Well done Lakeland.”
