“I bought a gorgeous leather jacket from here 3 years ago. A few weeks ago, I noticed a tear just above the left pocket and emailed the company to see if they could repair it for me. I spoke with Georgina, sent photos and she said the company who do their repairs could do it. The price was extremely reasonable and today, I've received my jacket back. The repair is perfect! Every email was responded to promptly and Georgina was so helpful! Brilliant customer service and an excellent company to deal with!”
