“Bought a leather weekender bag. It was NOTHING like the photo (same bag, different colour). I understand differences in colour due to screens and whatever but that was 100% not the same bag. I assume the photo had been heavily edited. Absolutely gutted as I'd had that in my basket for months. Quality of the bag seemed OK but I didn't fully inspect it so can't really comment. Gave 2 stars because the refund was processed was very fast.”

“The leather protector works well to protect my new jacket. But ... I received one bottle instead of the 2 ordered, and had to pay additional unpaid postage on the package which arrived via Royal Mail despite being sent UPS. Customer services were very thorough at sorting this out, sending my secod bottle and refunding the extra costs.”
