“Have just received my Monza driving gloves and could not be happier with them! Perfect fit and, most importantly, beautifully soft and grippy leather. The stitching and general quality is 1st class. I would buy again if ever I needed to replace them.”

“I bought this bag in the black Friday sale about 2 weeks ago. According to the ticket, it retails for £94.99, I bought it for £48.00 and now it is advertised on the same Lakeland site for £36.00. Good mind to return it :(”

Hello, The original selling price of the bag was £94.99. Prior to Black Friday the bag was listed at £64.99, and this was the price we highlighted on the website alongside the Black Friday price of £44.99. I'm afraid I've checked through our sales records and pricing history and can find no reference to a selling price of £36 for the bag you purchased. If the bag had reduced we would happily honour the lower price, but this bag hasn't been sold online or in any of our stores fro £36. It is now back at the pre-Black Friday price of £64.99. “When I contacted customer services by email the response was quick and positive, I feel confident shopping at Lakeland Leather, online or in store. The products are very good, uptodate styles, well made and never had a problem washing anything always stays in shape. Prices are a little higher than I would like to pay but I would rather pay than the quality go down. Stay in the Beverley store are polite and friendly and willing to help and advise.”

“The sale price and speed of service was excellent. Sadly the leather jacket was no use as it was extremely small fitting. I am a size 0 (6) and their 6 was about 5 inches too small overall, bust waist and hips! Wouldn;t have minded but it cost £9 to send back as the recommended type of postal return cost this. Normally I would have asked for another size to try but not if that cost me the same to return. Most retailers now do help the cusptemr try things on and return cheaply - not Lakeland clearly”
