“After purchasing a tan leather jacket in the Keswick store (which is so soft) I decided when I got home to order online a black leather trench coat. So easy to order and in the sale too! Placed the order on Monday and it actually turned up on the Wednesday. It was packaged beautifully and it was as soft as the tan one! First class service from the store itself and also online. I would highly recommend Lakeland Leather and my husband will cry when we come back to Keswick in August to see what other gems I can get!”
