“Great quality products with excellent service.”

Helpful Report

“Very disappointed with my new blouse. I absolutely love the colour and design, and it fits perfectly. But the top button was broken, and hidden from view when I tried the blouse on. The button was undone, and the broken part hidden by the placket on the other side. It also had a big split in the sleeve seam which I didn’t notice till my sister pointed it out. By that time I had thrown away the label and packaging and couldn’t return the blouse. It can be mended, but I will have to replace all 7 buttons. Very unusual for Lakeland, but I still love the blouse, and it is worth the effort of repairing, but I shouldn’t have to.”
