“We purchased the Newby Centre Zip ladies leather Biker Jacket in Burgundy. Package arrived in a well presented box. Jacket was very good quality leather and lining which fit true to size. Detailed instructions on future leather care was provided so she’s looking forward to many years of wearing the jacket as it takes on its individual characteristics. My partner loves the jacket so far.”

“Product was as described and nicely boxed. I had some issues with delivery- DPD quoted a day and time then said I’d refused the delivery when the picture wasn’t even my home. I waited in all day as they tried to get them to come back. Ended up having to come home from work the next day instead 🙁 Appreciate this is a DPD issue but did affect the order experience so can only rate a 3.”
