“My first order wasn't delivered and I just had an email to say that it had been taken back to the depot by the courier. When I telephoned customer service, the lady I spoke to was very apologetic and told me that my order had been returned and I had been refunded. I reordered the item and have been awaiting delivery all day today but nothing has arrived as yet and yet I'm receiving emails asking how Lakeland did with my order. Obviously, I'm not very satisfied, as you can imagine.”
