I arranged for a visit to the Windermere store to purchase a ladies sheepskin jacket price £349 through customer services but then found out the price had gone up to £499 as it was on offer crazy i now have to source another from a different retailer

Very disappointed that my mobile will not fit inthe outside pocket - what is the use of that? Cannot understand that the label said £79.99 when I paid £34.99 reduced from £54.99?.? MUCH smaller than led to believe really will not hold very much as no side gusset.

Simple successful purchase but really fed up with continuous requests to leave a review even after repeatedly trying to opt out.

There should only be two review request emails - spread out over a 5 day period. If you received more than this then please accept our apologies, especially as the unsubscribe should have worked, but that isn't controlled by ourselves, but the review platform. But, glad you like the (1 star) mittens :)

Very disappointed with the customer care. I bought a pair of leather boots online. They came promptly. I tried them on and found that the zip on one of the boots kept sticking on the leather. They were also too sloppy to wear. My feet are average and these were a very wide fit. I returned them immediately by recorded delivery which was advised by your returns policy at a cost of £11.15. I was reimbursed for the price of the boots but not for the postage. I complained and was told that the boots did not have a faulty zip. I disagree. I do not intend buying anything else from you so please stop sending me any more literature.

Lovely products sadly they have teamednuo with klarna who are just the worse credit provider ever. Company ceo proven history and declined for a pathetic amount of 600 well I shall take my business elsewhere. BF are happy with my money.

When I eventually found my boots that had been delivered to another house in my street even though I was in and saw the van pass my window(I had been given no address where my boots had been delivered) I tried the boots on only to discover they were made for people who have extremely slim legs as I have never had any trouble with regular knee high boots before. I suggest you have calf measurements or stipulated that they are slim fitting to save people the time and expense of having to return them. This is the first and last time I will order from this company

Product didn’t look like how it was described and they refused to cover fee. So basically I paid £89in delivery/ return costs for an item that was different to what I expected. Waste of money.Customer service was unhelpful.

I would gladly write a review if dpd had delivered my parcel as arranged on 27th July. It did not arrive in time and now they are returning it despite my sister going to the post office with a copy of my driving licence and her own ID.

The sandal's I bought are not true to size and you cannot phone customer services you have to email them which I have a week ago and I still haven't had any response from them. I attached a pic of previous bought sandal and the considerable difference in size.

Don’t trust this company they are super sketchy, big spiel about the best leather and their heritage, however they don’t tell you what kind of leather they use, any reputable company would be transparent about this, these guys pedal “real” or “genuine” leather, I invite you to research those terms and find out that this company is bottom of the barrel in the shady leather game. They also use unbranded cheap zippers on bags they try to charge you over £200 for, you’ll get better quality on Amazon for £20! I look forward to seeing them on watchdog, take your money to Tuscany leather or a company with a soul! Here are my questions for when they respond to this review… do you use high quality branded zippers in all your products particularly premium items? Do you use full grain leather in all your products? Are you willing to disclose the type of leather you use in all your products? Why do you deliberately hide the leather quality of each item?

Really difficult to pay. Website kept cutting out. Tried my bank and credit card several times. Had I not tried on this jacket and liked it, I would have given up . Need to sort this

Bought leather jacket. When it came as soon as I opened it there was a horrible smell that fills the room. Jacket smells like someone dirty has been wearing it while smoking cigarettes. I have hung the jacket up in a room with open window but the smell remains. Shocking that an item that smells so dirty would be shipped to a customer. I have bought things in the past from the company but have now lost trust in them and will boycott them in future

you lost a sale with me. this was because the courier you used would not redeliver and where my parcel was kept was too far away. when i queried this all you said was it is not a priority for you which I found odd.

Very disappointed with my new blouse. I absolutely love the colour and design, and it fits perfectly. But the top button was broken, and hidden from view when I tried the blouse on. The button was undone, and the broken part hidden by the placket on the other side. It also had a big split in the sleeve seam which I didn’t notice till my sister pointed it out. By that time I had thrown away the label and packaging and couldn’t return the blouse. It can be mended, but I will have to replace all 7 buttons. Very unusual for Lakeland, but I still love the blouse, and it is worth the effort of repairing, but I shouldn’t have to.

Too small for much make up. You'd be lucky to get more than a couple of lipsticks in it. Very disappointed so returned.

bought a leather hat to go with my stockman coat as ive seen them in the stores a few times , ordered on the net and a mega cheap rubbish version was delivered , nothing like the ones in store

The pair of sheepskin mitts were not a “pair”. One was a size smaller than the other which was quite a disappointment to my wife on Xmas Day !!?? Have packed them up ready to return for credit. Has put me off buying from Lakeland in future.
