The gloves I received were terrible quality and the inside "sheepskin" was so rough and scratchy. Plus I have small hands and the sizing of the gloves was tiny. I won't be shopping here again!

I did not like the boots. I didn't realise that I have to pay delivery to return it. It costs £11.00. If I knew This in the first place, I wouldn't bother ordering.

How can I review this order / item when I have never received it and nobody and Lakeland Leather seems to care. It was my first and last time I ever order from this company. The last e-mail I sent got ignored. I'm 34 quid down with no bag and no semblance of customer service. ..I bet this review doesn't stay up ...

We believe that one of our team replied to two of the three emails you sent yesterday and was awaiting a response from Royal Mail before responding to your third email, so we can only apologise for the delay and believe an email has been sent to you this evening. We can assure you that we do care and endeavour to respond to queries as soon as possible. After speaking to Royal Mail we need to allow a little time before the parcel can be classed as lost, but we assure you that once this time has passed we will either send a replacement or process a refund so you will in no way loose out. I am very disappointed I have not yet received my parcel. Has not arrived even after being told it will arrive by the 4th

Dear Naome, Thank you for your feedback. We am sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet. After tracking your order on the Royal Mail website I can see that they attempted delivery on the 3rd February, however as no-one was in they took it to your local sorting office and left you a while you were out card informing you of this. We have sent you a separate email with the tracking information showing the sorting office you have been advised to collect your parcel from. I waited for an email for seven days about dispatched and still haven't received one. I also emailed customer care three times and received no reply and when I called customer care they did not help what so ever and told me there was nothing they could do. I feel robbed and very angry. I still haven't received my items and don't know if I actually will.
