“Lakeland quality of the product was 5 star. Wasn’t worth paying extra for 1-3,day delivery service since warehouse closed over weekend. Let down also by their delivery courier. Courier failed to deliver the parcel even though I was waiting in the house. They left the very expensive coat at one of their drop off agents. Luckily not too far from home.”

“Ordered by telephone. Straight forward. A polite lady took my order for a Fenton chestnut coloured, leather rucksack. I was told it might not arrive the following day. I was able to track it but still a surprise, when it arrived the next day! What a beautiful colour in soft leather. I had searched a long time for this because it also had leather padded straps for added comfort. It is beautifully made. The design and dimensions are just right to carry a laptop and plenty of room for extras. Something to stand the test of time. Excellent! ******”
