“Excellent service and lovely leather cost”

“I had seen the leather jacket in store in Keswick, and liked the style, although they did not have the required size in stock, so I ordered online. Not something I wanted to do with a leather jacket as I was concerned what it would look like when it arrived. I needn’t have worried - it came boxed, perfectly packed and not at all creased. The nappa leather is so soft to the touch, and the detailing just what I wanted. I couldn’t really ask for anything more. I’ll be back in store as soon as possible, but I will also be looking online as well! Thanks to you all, both in store and behind the scenes!”

“Beautiful coats and jackets too hard to resist, have just updated my winter wardrobe with a lovely hooded coat. Staff very helpful and quickly replaced a faulty item. Have also mended items we have purchased in the past. Great company.”

“Beautiful leather, great quality. Online purchase. I just thought the bag would be bigger and it said it had a central zip which it did but the two sides are fastened with buttons which I didn’t like. I thought it was one big zip the enclose all the items. So I personally didn’t suit this style. I wish the photos showed this so I could have brought a different one.”
