“I am full of praise for Lakeland, I can really recommend this company. I have bought quite a few things from Lakeland and always been pleased with the products purchased. Same again this time, the leather coat was excellent quality but unfortunately the fit was not quite right for my wife and I had to return the coat. The return process was really easy. I was a little unsure how this would work out. I needed have worried, there was no quibbling, the money I paid for the coat was refunded to Paypal within days. Thank you Lakeland.”

“Having just celebrated my 70th birthday, I was delighted to receive a gorgeous blue Abbeyville hooded jacket from my children, and, independently, a navy Cartmel 11 bag from my sister. Both are so delightful that, on receiving some money as well, I purchased online the navy version of your delightful glasses case, with wonderful memories of roaming the Lake District with my husband who so very sadly died earlier this year. Now, all I need is a holiday in the Lakes which would be a wonderful opportunity to display my new Lakeland items.”
