“Excellent service, especially the lady who measured various belts for me and also the lady who took the order. Very patient and keen to help the customer. I even had a call back when belts had been measured! Very rare these days!”

“The parcel did not arrive on time even though it was ordered before 1pm. The customer service was inadequate and a lot of time was spent chasing the courier only to find the parcel had not been collected from the warehouse. Eventually after speaking to customer service on 4 occasions I asked for my complaint to be escalated, I eventually spoke to someone who was more helpful and she looked into my complaint and it turned out that the courier had collected the parcels early on the day I had ordered my item. I was very disappointed with the whole process which was stressful as the order was a gift and I was unsure it would arrive in time.”

“Bought the bag as part of my daughter’s Xmas present. Easy ordering, was slightly worried when I hadn’t received it after a week so emailed them. Reply came within a couple of hours saying the bag in stock was marked and they had ordered one from another depot. Received within a day after that and it’s beautiful. Might have to order one for myself!”
