“Visiting your store at Ambleside was a pleasant experience. Your goods were nicely placed and store assistant was very helpful. I knew which garment I wanted from your website. I prefer to see and try on garments for correct size and colour. Unfortunately you had the design I wanted, but not in the colour or type of leather, but I did find the correct size. On my return home, I ordered the garment based on my experience at the store. I am very happy to say the garment was delivered in a very short period. It was to my expectations a very good quality garment exactly what I was looking for. I will have no reservations in ordering further garments in the future as and when required. That's great to hear Austin, and we'll pass on your gratitude to the Ambleside team. We do offer a 'Post to Customer' service in store, for situations just like this, especially useful when you're on holiday and not wanting to add to your luggage.

“Have purchased from Lakeland leather historically and the product certainly lived up to expectations. First class finish, supple leather, smart styling and perfect fit. What let the whole thing down was the abysmal delivery from UPS, lack of accurate information on availability and collection address for UPS and customer services at Lakeland not being able to give accurate collection details. Two visits were needed to finally pick up jacket, due to incorrect address and information.”

“High quality gloves with very soft leather. Extremely comfortable and easy to put on (stud fastening is fine to ensure a snug fit) and off. I have not tried them outside as the weather is still mild.”
