“Great brand, good value, quick service and fantastic jacket.”

Helpful Report

“This company is exceptional - the standard of leather is wonderful - I have purchased items from them before Indirectly but this time purchased a beautiful black leather purse for my friends birthday - the only criticism would be I would have liked it to have been packaged a bit nicer ie maybe a box , but apart from that minor detail the product was fabulous- thank you”

“Service from Lakeland is second to none, product quality amazing. Bought from Lakeland before and have always, without exception been totally satisfied both online and in store. Bought a full length leather coat in the sale this time, fits beautifully, and is sooooo soft. Quality and style just perfect. A company to highly recommend without a doubt.”

“Very pleased with my new leather jacket, feels so soft and comfortable. Your service was quick and efficient, plus the courier service was spot on and polite. I’ve purchased several items in the past and always been delighted with them.”

“Excellent customer service and beautiful leather jacket.”

“I was happy with the handbag, which I got in the sale, but I wouldn't have wanted to pay the full price for it. But the card holder doesn't really work properly; it's really difficult to slot a card into the plastic holder, especially when you're trying to do it quickly with one hand. The plastic doesn't part easily, so you need two hands to fiddle with it to open it up. Not recommended. Sadly I had inserted some cards before deciding this, so not able to return.”

Helpful Report

“Items ordered are of very high quality despite the very good prices - shipment seemed a little slow with the "ready for shipment" notice on the account showing for a few days but no reason why - would not put me off buying again though as very happy with the quality of the leather and design of the bags i ordered - I shall be the envy of other travellers.”
