“I recently purchased a long sheepskin coat , it's been fabulous, I don't mind the weather being cold 😀”

“I purchased a leather coat for my wifes birthday. I ordered on line and it arrived well wrapped, on time and exactly as the description. Sadly the coat did not fit. I contacted customer services and gotan immediate reply offering support and advice. We returned the coat to a store and were greeted by two members of store staff who could not have helped more. All went well other than someone, who we assume was the manager, adopted a patronising and supercilious attitude towards us. Only her attitude impacted on my not giving Lakeland a five star review. Lakeland are generally excellent in all ways.”

“Fantastic sheepskin slippers. My second pair I tried an alternative brand inbetween, no comparison. Long lasting, very comfortable. Luxury sheepskin used. My go to shop now. Quick delivery, I have also used York and Lake District branch, excellent customer service.”

“I'm happy with the boots which I bought- they're comfortable and sturdy while still trendy. They were a good price. I received my order quickly, with good communication from Lakeland. I was pleased that they were delivered through Royal Mail as it gave me the opportunity to collect my order from post office. I find post more reliable than courier companies. I would buy from Lakeland again.”
