“– Excellent Customer Service from Start to Finish Although my experience started off a little rocky, I want to highlight the fantastic customer service I received from Lakeland. I had ordered a cake stand as a birthday gift, but unfortunately, the first one arrived smashed. I contacted customer service and spoke to Ben, who was incredibly helpful and understanding. He apologised sincerely and quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent out. Unfortunately, the second one also arrived broken (through no fault of Lakeland, I imagine – just bad luck with delivery!) I reached out again, and this time spoke with Suzanne, who was equally lovely, and took it a step further - she personally packed the third stand herself to ensure it arrived safely. And third time lucky - it arrived in perfect condition, just in time for the birthday! Despite the setbacks, the genuine care and professionalism shown by Ben and Suzanne really stood out. It's rare to come across such dedicated customer service these days, and I really appreciate the effort they both put in to make things right. Thank you Lakeland for turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Your staff are a credit to your company. Elizabeth”

“Extremely bad service, took money from my account and said they never received payment,then said it was their problem a few days later and i had to chase my refund. Then i reordered and parcel was to be next day delivery and 4 days later the delivery company still had not received my parcel. I had to chase a refund again. Worst i have ever dealt with”
