I purchased a leather coat for my wifes birthday. I ordered on line and it arrived well wrapped, on time and exactly as the description. Sadly the coat did not fit. I contacted customer services and gotan immediate reply offering support and advice. We returned the coat to a store and were greeted by two members of store staff who could not have helped more. All went well other than someone, who we assume was the manager, adopted a patronising and supercilious attitude towards us. Only her attitude impacted on my not giving Lakeland a five star review. Lakeland are generally excellent in all ways.
