“Lovely colours but sadly the material created static with my tights! Couldn’t wear them so returned. Such a shame that return costs are not covered by the company, will make it difficult to repurchase again in case something is wrong.”

“The dress I received from Lady Vintage was beautifully made and quite lovely. However, I will not be ordering from them again. I did not receive the size dress I was anticipating based on the sizing guide on their website. The dress was very difficult to return since the website could not locate my order based on the order number. By the time the dress arrived and I tried to exchange it, all of the sizes were sold out. By the time the dress finally arrived , I only had one day to return it. I was charged an exceptionally high return shipping fee. I am out about $25 with no dress to show for it. The customer service was timely, but the minimum of support.”

“De mooiste online winkel van allemaal! Geweldig materiaal van de jurken en een perfecte pasvorm. Vooral de lyra en de elsies na honderd keer wassen nog steeds even mooi en als nieuw. Ik ben helemaal fan!”

“Lyra Dress - Toadstool Hedgehog. Very happy with my purchase, the dress fits me like a glove, very flattering and material is not stiff but soft and fluid. Delivery was quick and bargain price, bought in the sale. Would highly recommend buying from here :-)”

“I will probably not be ordering through Lady V again. The dress I received was very high quality, but the sizing on their US site is very confusing. Their sizing chart includes both US and UK sizes. I added a request to my order to specify what I wanted. Did not receive the size I wanted. It was difficult to return as their website could not find my order. Between original shipping and return shipping, I'm out almost $25 with nothing to show for it. Again the dress was lovely and I really enjoyed the print. I would have exchanged it, but by the time it arrived, it was sold out.”

“My Lyra dresses are just stunning, they are made so professionally with really great quality weighty fabric,flattering style, perfect fit also stunning colours that really POP . All 3 dresses were in one of the fabulous sales so I took a chance but once again , far from being disappointed I was totally in love with my gorgeous frocks. A huge thank you once again to Lady Vintage my favorite ever dress makers .”

“Very disappointed with my most recent order. I always order the same dress style - Hepburn & same size, however my two new dresses (British Forces & Secret Garden) arrived only to discover both measured 3” smaller around the waist than usual. I am now going to have to go through the hassle of returning them for a refund. Gutted!”

“First time buyer and pleasantly surprised, I thought the dress would be thinner and was surprised it was actually thicker and a decent quality and the pictures online definitely did not do it justice. Also it was a wrap style top section which I normally avoid as it can be very gapey but this has a little stitch to hold it together”
