“This is a wonderful company. Quality dresses, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've bought several dresses and have had 1 mishap, a dress was not delivered. I addressed the concern and Lady V rectified the issue in a timely manner. I have not been disappointed. I HIGHLY recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.”

“My dress arrived in good time and looked incredible. I ordered a size bigger than usual as I have a large chest and didn’t want it to be too tight. It fits well and while not tight or snug, feels supported almost. The farming of the skirt is just enough. I can’t wait to wear it to an event.”

“I have had Lyra's, Elsie's and now Mystique dresses in various patterns and colours over time and I think they are fabulous. They fit great and make you feel fantastic. I would give 5 stars for the dresses and delivery time etc. However, I am taking one star off as I am not happy with the new returns policy as I usually order multiple sizes to ensure that I get the correct fit, and having to pay over £10 sometimes to return the sizes not required has dissuaded me from ordering unless I am absolutely sure of the fit which is impossible when you want to try on a new line. This is my only gripe, and I continue to be a loyal customer to the brand. Mrs Elizabeth Pitt”

“A few months ago, I ordered my first Elsie dress, and since then, I've become a big fan of their dresses. I've purchased several more Elsies and even explored other dress models. My daughter was inspired by seeing me in them and also ordered one for herself. The dresses are incredibly beautiful and exude a feminine charm. The only minor critique is that the neck at the back of the Elsie dress tends to be a bit too wide. Overall, though, I'm delighted with my collection!”
