“I bought 2 dresses in your sale ,one is the same style that I have a few off ,the other was a new style ,when I tried the dress on I have had before it was such a bad fit around the arm holes ,they stuck out like ears ! The other dress I hadn’t had that style before but similar to others , I ordered size 16 as usual but this dress wouldn’t go anywhere near me ! Not just a little but quite a big difference. Really disappointed as I have over 30 dresses from you and these two were no good at all and I had paid for the delivery to me. Feel cautious about ordering any more dresses now”

As you have had the same size of one of these styles before, it should have fitted just the same and so sounds like you may have received a dress that has been mislabelled or mis-cut, for which we must apologise. “Haven't even received the dress yet though they promised it would arrive in 4-5 working days (today is the fourth day) and estimated delivery is 7 worksays from now. Can't really say anything about the dress but customer service is also really slow to reply.”

“I have never shopped with lady vintage before, but I will be again!! Excellent size guide perfect for me and really helped make my mind up in size. Normally have to order a few sizes of the same item and send back what doesn’t fit. However I was able to order exactly what I want which is rare for a curvy girl. Excellent and efficient delivery.”

“The service is super; the staff is very helpful. Unfortunately I consider the quality of the garments to be unsatisfactory. Whilst the styles are attractive, the sizes of the two dresses I bought varied and the material was not something I'm happy to wear. Very disappointing quality for me.”

The sizes can differ slightly between styles, so because of this we do include a size chart with each individual dress and encourage all customers to check this before making your purchase. “After seeing George from @fullerfigurefullerbust wearing these dresses over the time of following her account, I finally took the plunge and purchased 2, they are honestly the most stunning, most comfortable, best fitting dresses I have ever purchased. I have never had a dress able to hold my girls in so well, there is just enough cleavage without over exposing. The patterns are stunning, the quality of the material is amazing. Cannot honestly recommend their clothing enough.”
