“Slow and dismissive customer service - I reached out on 3rd December about a tracking number that didn't work and a missing parcel, the response was "it's been delivered here's the tracking number and link" and lo and behold it's the same not-working tracking number and I still have no parcel. All subsequent attempts to contact customer service have been ignored. I used to sing this company's praises and recommend it always, I have numerous dresses, but now I wouldn't recommend it to someone I hated.”
