“My absolute favourite brand. Other vintage brands have a similar price point but much lower quality. I have a couple of dozen dresses and I have never had an issue with quality or sizing issues. Made in the UK too, which is a huge benefit for me.”

“Lady V has lovely styles and beautiful fabrics which change regularly. My orders arrive promptly in New Zealand. I always get compliments when I'm wearing a Lady V! My one suggestion is to beware the size chart. I fit comfortably into a size 14 (108cm bust, 86cm waist, 108cm hips) but doing my measurements in cms on the website it offered me a size 20, which would not have fit me at all. Maybe I didn't read the instructions right but I thought I did. Fortunately I've ordered from the site before and had an idea of my size so all is well.”

“I've been asked to make a review of my purchase, some pretty masks. But they're not for me, they're a present for a friend abroad, she won't open them until December 25th, they're going to be a real surprise for her! To keep them safe I've not opened the packaging yet. I intend to slit the parcel, they were very well packaged and arrived very quickly, ease out the invoice, and repack them to send to Croatia. That's as good a review as I can give. Ordering was easy, the site is very clear and nicely laid out, my package arrived quickly and safely, and we'll find out if they're well received by the squeals of delight echoing across Europe on Christmas Day.”

“I am very happy with my Halloween dress. Excellent fabric design, style and quality. I was not happy with their customer service, especially with this being a first purchase from this site. For whatever reason my order to the USA went from the UK to Belgium to USA. I contacted them twice to ask why the order was going to Belgium (it did not appear to be ultimately heading to the USA as per the tracking email) but never received a reply. It would be nice to explain to customers that their order is routed as such so that they don't think there was a mix up to where they won't be receiving their purchases.”

They are the company responsible for your payment, shipping and any subsequent returns of your order. “I ordered the skull Halloween tea dress. I wasn't expecting the fabric to be a soft stretch fabric but this is better :) the colours and designs are perfect! Super happy with this dress and can't wait to wear it”

“Got a matching Hepburn dress and mask after buying a poppy dress from the Royal British Legion a few years ago which was Lady Vintage and I still wear and love it to this day. Why haven't I bought more from here sooner! Great quality, fit, style and service.”
