“Ordered a dress never arrived - phoned 4 times during the day to a closed message, messaged through Facebook and the site still No reply - so I’ve paid for an order that’s no received and nobody can be bothered from “customer service” responding - appalling”

“This was my first order with Lady Vintage and I certainly wasn’t disappointed. I did after reading other reviews size up though and I’m glad I did as the skirt fits perfectly. The fabric is excellent and good quality and was just what I was looking for. The speed of delivery was super fast and with great communication. Will definitely be ordering more!”

“You never have to worry about a Lady Vintge order. It will always be good quality and exactly what you wanted/were expecting. And if it isn't the returns couldn't be easier. Add in attractive designs and being manufactured here in England so you know you're supporting your own economy and I have no idea why you would shop anywhere else. My mother and sister have started shopping here as well. Thanks for all you do for us!”
